FSG 63 Alarm Signal And Security Detecti..
FSG 63 Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems
ASAP Semiconductor is one the leading suppliers of parts and equipment, current and obsolete, for the aerospace and aviation industries. With our proprietary website, RFQ Experts, we offer customers over 10 million parts from over 5000 manufacturers. To make it easier for our customers to find the parts they need, we have made our inventory searchable by part number and by National Stock Numbers (NSN). NSNs are 13-digits numbers assigned to items of the federal supply chain by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and used by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). NSNs make classifying and organizing parts easier with their inherently systematic nature. The 13-digits are comprised of two parts, the first 4 digits are the Federal Supply Groups Code (FSGC) and the last 9 digits are the National Item Identification Number (NIIN). The FSGC is further comprised of two parts, the first 2 digits are the Federal Supply Group (FSG) and the last 2 digits are the Federal Supply Code (FSC).
Federal Supply Group 63, Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems, is comprised of several different kinds of alarm and signal systems for purposes such as traffic and transit, shipboards, railroads, and aircraft. Note that this FSG also includes security detection systems but does not include general detection systems, nor does it include LORAN, radar, sonar, or engine oil and fuel warning devices. For general detection systems, see FSG 58. For LORAN, radar, and sonar equipment, see FSG 58. For engine oil and fuel warning devices, see FSG 66. FSCs in FSG 23 we supply include:
